I Do, Cherish You, For the Rest of my Life...

Sorry for the 98 Degrees reference!
So the ceremony began... It was weird being outside not having a clue what was happening inside. I was used to being in control and in the know of every miniscule detail of the ceremony. But, this time, it was definitely better not knowing what was going on. Like that everyone had been waiting about 7 minutes for my mom to arrive. Luckily I had no idea until I was watching the wedding video 3 weeks later.
Brian's Aunt Karen/ Godmother

Brian's Grandpa- Brian Doherty the Original!

Brian's Grandma- Mary

My Grandma Masters

The Meemster

Brian's Mom- Lisa

And 15 minutes later...My Mom

And then the Bridal Party, the oh-so-fabulous Bridal Party!

Hey, he showed up!! I won $20!

He's so cute!!

And then it was my turn! Well, if Robert would've remembered to open his side of the door! BUT it got me and Dad laughing and made a great picture!

We made it down the aisle in one piece and dad only had to slow me down twice. I was pretty much sprinting for the alter! But as soon as we got there...he lost it. He had held it together all day but when they got to "Who gives this woman..." he lost it.

It was a really nice ceremony. Not too long, not too short. The priest talked about himself and divorce rates during his sermon, Jill made a little scene pretending Brian's ring got stuck on her finger, and Hal applauded Misty's reading. But if that's the only not-so-perfect things that happened, I think that's ok. Unfortunately, on my way out of the church, my veil caught onto a pew and jerked me backwards. HOWEVER, it really is the not so perfect moments during the wedding that make great memories!
